Job Description
The software team at Fluke Corporation is looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineerwith 8 years of experience in Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C/C C# WPF WCF and experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL. Additionally expertise in cloud services from AWS or Azure is essential. The candidate should be a strong team collaborator and have experience in agile development methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain highquality software applications for instrument communication and calibration.
- Work closely with the product and design teams to refine feature requirements.
- Own endtoend technical deliverables from feature creation through the CI/CD process and through production release.
- Work closely with our product and test partners to ensure we are measuring and constantly delivering a product meeting customer need with high quality.
- Be a culture carrier for rapid build/test iterations with high quality delivery.
- Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals
- Able to perform comfortably in a fastpaced work environment
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Systems Computer Engineering Software Engineering Mathematics or equivalent technical degree
- 8 years of experience in software design & development for desktop and webbased applications.
- Strong proficiency in C/C C# and .NET framework
- Expertise in any RDBMS such as SQL Server or MySQL.
- Experience RS232 and GPIB communication
- Experience in cloud services from AWS or Azure.
- Deep understanding of software design principles OOP and best practices.
- Excellent debugging and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in an agile environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of IIS JavaScript and ExtJS.
- Experience working with Jenkins and creating installers
- Experience inWPF WCF and
- Calibration domain knowledge.
