We are looking for a detailoriented Junior Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in processing payroll accurately and on time ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in payroll and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
- Address payrollrelated inquiries from employees.
- Assist in generating payroll reports for management.
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Stay updated on payroll policies and legal changes
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
- Very good knowledge of Spanish and English
- Outstanding orientation on customer
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Payroll/HR/Finance/Accounting experience will be an advantage
