Responsibilities
Qualifications
The Facility Warehouser performs daytoday warehouse activities including shipping receiving inventory control and general administrative functions. Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the day up to 100 lbs. on occasion.
- Location: Facility #Gloucester Way Ste. 103 Langley BC V4W 4A8 (must have reliable vehicle location is near public transportation)
- Schedule: Fulltime Monday Friday 7:00am 3:30pm
- Compensation: $23.15 $29.93 hourly
Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load pack wrap label ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick unload label store)
- Check incoming merchandise against bills of lading and invoice for accuracy
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high
- Load and unload products from deliveries
- Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment in an efficient and safe manner
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Ensure that the stockroom is organized
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety loss prevention and security
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures rules and regulations
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- Must be able with or without reasonable accommodation to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion
Preferred Qualifications
- Have at least one (1) year of work experience mixing or blending raw materials and making a product in an industrial batch process
- Have at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment (for example: forklifts (stand and sit) pallet jacks hand trucks order pickers vacuhoists drum dollies conveyor belts etc.)
- Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery retail or customer service position
- Have prior work experience operating tinting or color matching equipment
- Have prior work experience repairing spray equipment
