Job Description
Alstar Group of Companies Ltd. has been providing quality construction services to the oil & gas industry since 1969. Located in Calgary & Leduc with projects throughout Western Canada we are a leader in the industry for turnkey new construction maintenance and prefabrication.
We are looking for Journeyman Pipefitters Camp with accommodations provided and flat rate to cover travel typically covers flights or travel by vehicle. We offer 4 shifts 21 day shutdown 19 day shutdown 10/4 rotation & 8/6 rotation.

What were looking for from you If this describes you wed love to meet!
- Journeyman pipefitter certification
- CSTS20 WHMIS 2015 CSO Standard First Aid HS2 Alive and Fall Protection
- Successfully complete a preaccess drug and alcohol testing
- Valid apprenticeship ticket
- Oil and gas experience preferred not required comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Willingness to travel away from home for extended periods of time
Where our projects are located:
- Our projects happen in 4 major sites in Western Canada which include locations like Bonnyville AB Fort McMurray AB Lac La Biche AB and Fort St. John BC.
- You will be required to travel on your own by vehicle or plane. Alstar does provide a flat rate to cover travel and will typically cover flights well.
