Are you an aspiring financial analyst on your way to earning a CFA designation Our Financial Reporting Analyst Coop for Fall 2025 offers handson experience in financial analysis reporting and process automation. This opportunity is ideal for motivated undergraduate students seeking practical experience in finance and data analysis. As a coop youll support daily operations collaborate with professionals to improve automation processes conduct market research and assist in generating performance reports and dashboards. This nurturing environment will help you develop essential skills for a successful career in finance.
Position Responsibilities:
- Produce and deliver regular and ad hoc performance reports for various assets.
- Conduct annual loan reviews and perform related market research.
- Perform statistical analysis to estimate and review bond market benchmarks.
- Design automated solutions for manual processes using Visual Basic MS Excel and MS Access.
- Provide analytical support for new projects research and adhoc requests.
- Maintain and create comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Assist in the design and construction of centralized SQL/Access databases for data automation.
- Produce weekly financial market indicators dashboards for senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a coop program at your postsecondary institution.
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Finance Financial Analysis and Risk Management (FARM) or a related field; candidates pursuing a CFA designation are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel Visual Basic and SQL.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the capacity to work both independently and within a team.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and adaptability to learn new tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in regression analysis and sound knowledge of fixed income instruments.
