The People & Culture Division (P &C) provides a full range of employee services across the University of Wollongong and is comprised of Operations & Systems Diversity and Inclusion Development & Engagement Work Health & Safety Employment Relations and Business Partnering. Together the Division is working to build and support a new experience focused agile culture that connects teams within the P&C and provides an exceptional customer experience across UOW supported by the smart use of systems and technology.
The HR Systems Manager leads the development implementation and maintenance of the Universitys People and Culture (P&C) information systems ensuring seamless integration data integrity and optimal performance. This role involves managing P&C systems including Oracle HCM/payroll systems and collaborating with P&C teams to optimise workflows and drive business efficiency.
