Job Description
Role Overview
As the DevOps and CloudOps Engineer you will:- Manage and maintain the Azure cloud environment
- Oversee and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines source control and release management
- Collaborate with developers to deploy builds and run automated testing
- Drive automation and continuous integration/delivery best practices
- Lead with a solutionsfocused mindset and contribute to improving infrastructure reliability and security
Primary Requirements
- 35 years of handson experience with Azure DevOps including source control and release management
- Proficiency in managing Azure CI/CD pipelines
- Solid technical experience with the Microsoft Azure platform (35 years)
- Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals
- Proficiency in MS SQL and TransactSQL
- Excellent technical and analytical skills
- Tertiary qualification National Diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have (Advantageous)
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer certification
- Experience integrating software applications and services
- Exposure to Web Services SOAP EDIFACT and RESTful APIs
- Background in international supply chain logistics or freight forwarding
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies particularly Scrum
