Job Description
The Couriers work under the general direction of the laboratory operations manager with direct supervision of the support supervisor and working in cooperation with members of the hospital staff medical staff and office personnel. Duties consist of delivery between the hospital and medical staff offices and other designated areas. This includes : specimens diagnostic reports xray films and other related hospital and laboratory material.
EXPERIENCE: Prior experience as a courier is desired but not mandatory.
EDUCATION: Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
WORK SCHEDULE: Per Diem/ variable hours.
Equipment REQUIREMENTS: Valid NY State driver license .
