Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for optimizing processes and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly Join us as a Maintenance Planner and play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities operate at peak efficiency.
As a Maintenance Planner you will ensure the maintenance team efficiently resolves equipment issues in the field and workshop. Monitor weekly schedules for maintenance and emergencies. Collaborate with the PCM team to prioritize actions and align resources for smooth production. Work with your manager to negotiate significant production shutdowns with maintenance customers supporting company plans and business growth.A
What you will do (Responsibilities):
- Maintenance Oversight: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities ensuring adherence to schedules and addressing emergencies effectively.
- Supplier and Equipment Management: Collaborate with suppliers for repairs and improvements prioritize equipment needs and manage spare parts to support business growth and sustainability.
- Safety and Compliance: Promote safety protocols and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards actively participating in training and audits.
- Team and Resource Coordination: Guide and support maintenance teams manage staff selection and development and coordinate with other departments to align objectives and optimize resources.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Track maintenance KPIs manage work orders and utilize systems like SAP to analyze and enhance maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
What you will bring (Experience and Knowledge):
- Certification as: Any Technical Area (Mechanical Electrical etc).
- Technical knowledge about: Field maintenance practice. Maintenance and technical knowledge of equipment and assets in general. Maintenance planning and control (PCM). Maintenance management systems.
- Planning and Scheduling Knowledge
- Preference of Prometheus
- Experience: 4 years

- Languages Intermediate English
- Office Package Intermediate
- SAP PM and MM module Advanced

$81680.00$108906.67 AnnualThis pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a rolespecific commission/bonus.
