The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for helping customers finance their vehicle purchase by working with lending agencies. They also must have a deep understanding of aftermarket options and warranties that can be purchased with the vehicle being sold.

With 425 retail units sold per month across our New Toyota/Lexus and PreOwned departments this opportunity is built for a highoutput professional ready to thrive in a modern supportive and structured F&I environment.
Were currently hiring for our New Car department and expect to add to our PreOwned F&I team shortly as well creating multiple growth tracks for qualified candidates.

What Youll Do
Present financing and protection products in a consultative compliant and confident manner
Structure and submit deals for maximum profit and efficiency
Collaborate daily with the sales desk to move deals fast and accurately
Review paperwork for accuracy and handle funding cleanly
Support compliance PVR and product penetration goals across the department
What Were Looking For
2 years of automotive dealership F&I experience required
Deep knowledge of deal structure credit approvals and compliance
Familiarity with modern F&I tools and digital deal delivery
Strong communication followthrough and leadership within the finance office
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highexpectation retail environment
Valid drivers license
Note: This role is not for general finance professionals or bankers. We are seeking handson experience inside a retail automotive dealership.
