Schedule/Hours:
MondayFriday (40hours weekly)
6AM to 6PM (8hour shifts)
Requirements:
Prosthetic technicians must graduate form an ABC accredited institution. Years of experience maybe substituted for education at the discretion of the department.
Certifications:
Shall have current Basic Life Support (BLS) by way of the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Experience:
Shall have a minimum of two (2) years experience as a prosthetic orthotic technician within the past five (5) years. Background experience and proficiency in general fabrication procedures of orthotic prosthetic devices which include working with thermal plastic lamination resin metal leather plaster and prosthetic/orthotic components.
