The Role

We are immediately hiring parttime Operations Apprentices and are committed to ensuring that our people have the training tools technology and unwavering support they need to be successful. Advocate Operations Apprentices are a crucial lifeline to keep things running smoothly! In this role you will have the opportunity to work with different teams throughout the company while building a solid foundation for growth.

As an Advocate Operations Apprentice you can count on a career path with a clear beginning open direction and endless possibilities.

Your focus will be on optimizing daily activities and performance and responsibilities will include:

• Miscellaneous tasks around the office
• Working with a ticketing system to attend to needs of the organization
• Traveling to different job sites to:
  • Capture Photos
  • Dropoff permits and materials
  • Pick up materials that wont be used and make returns
  • Clean up after completion (like running a magnet)
  • Pick up checks from customers

The Requirements

• A valid drivers license
• Ability to pass criminal background and MVR checks
• Ability to travel to training events
• Ability to lift 70 lbs
• Ability to thrive in the outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to work nontraditional hours when needed
