Job Description
The Project Interior Designer for Healthcare should be an innovative and creative thinker who is able to lead a diverse team and build lasting relationships with clients in the healthcare market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulates designs that are practical aesthetic and conducive to intended purposes.
- Oversees and contributes to interior design contracts and presentation documents in all project phases.
- Effectively builds and maintains relationships with clients.
- Establishes and develops expertise in particular field or area of interior design.
- Oversees and coordinates team of both inhouse designers and architects and outside consultants contractors and vendors.
- Provides mentoring training and support to entry and midlevel interior designers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in interior design
- Must be local to Orlando Florida
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare
- 10 to 12 years relevant experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent client management and leadership skills
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Excellent time and project management skills with strong followup.
- Ability to plan organize motivate mentor direct and evaluate the work of others.
- Able to take direction as well as lead.
- Strong Healthcare finish material knowledge and application
- NCIDQ certification preferred.
- Proficient in Revit AutoCAD 3DS Max Sketchup Photoshop
