You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob Summary: The Kids Club Attendant facilitates daily activities implements programming and ensures guest satisfaction and compliance with rules and procedures. The attendant assists the Youth Supervisor in developing programming safety rules and policies. Assures Tahoe Mountain Club Standards of Excellence are met in all areas of the operation through organization and continuous walkthroughs. Performs general facility upkeep duties as needed.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Because of the fluctuating demands of the Clubs operation it may be necessary that each employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore as an essential part of your job you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises just as other employees are expected to help you. Accordingly you may be expected to perform other tasks not specifically addressed above.

Education/Experience: Must be 16 years of age or older. Previous experience experience working with children youth programming youth activity camp facilitation or similar is preferred. Must provide valid high school approved work permit at time of onboarding.
Language/Communication: Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or coworkers the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
Certificates/Licenses/Safety Training: Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire. Bloodborne Pathogen safety training Harassment Prevention Training and other state and company mandated trainings. Criminal background check is required.
