Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate Fraud Alert Management Contact Center

In this role we require someone with knowledge and experience in Fraud prevention and detection.

Responsibilities

A successful candidate will remain up to date on changing fraud trends.

When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time escalates to appropriate resource.

Meets job standards such as quality standards and adherence to schedules.

Debit Credit Prepaid Debit ATM and Health Care Fraud Support focus:

Verifies authorizations via return calls from cardholders.

Contacts financial institutions regarding suspicious cardholder activities.

Resolves suspicious phone calls transferred from Customer Service.

Participates in special project or requests made by management.

Responsible for ensuring adherence to all operations and compliance procedures.

Requires flexibility in scheduling to meet department demands.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Knowledge of principles processes procedures and trends related to fraudulent activities and measures taken for fraud prevention.

Excellent customer service skills that build upon customer satisfaction.

Working knowledge of MS Office e.g. Excel Word and PowerPoint. Basic computer navigation and operation skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Detailoriented with good organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing demands.

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

This position requires 24/7 365 days a year coverage. Candidates must have the willingness and ability to work second and third shifts as well as weekends to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience in banking and/or credit debit and prepaid card processes.

Experience in livechat roles and/or inbound/outbound calling.

Knowledge of fraud applications and systems such as Falcon Data Navigator and CMSe is a plus.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is 17.00 per hour The actual offer reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience knowledge skills and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
