Senior Data Architect Strategic Data Solutions
Contract Length: 612 months
Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to design and manage innovative data architecture solutions across a variety of environments for our Dallas client including Data Warehousing Operational Data Stores (ODS) and Data Replication/ETL initiatives. This individual will also be key in establishing and maintaining Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and guiding teams in best practices for data management.

Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in Data Architecture including OLTP Data Warehousing and Big Data platforms
- 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture with an emphasis on largescale data solutions
- 5 years of experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance best practices
- Extensive experience in Data Movement and Processing including Middleware ETL API OLAP and best practices for tracking and managing data flows
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Highly selfmotivated resultsoriented and collaborative
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish policies procedures and guidelines for Data Governance across the organization
- Ensure adherence to data standardization keep the Data Dictionary and Data Lineage up to date and ensure they are accessible to the teams
- Collaborate with ETL Replication and DBA teams to develop best practices for data transformations data movement and derivations
- Coordinate with support teams to ensure proactive support methodologies are in place for all aspects of data movement and transformations
- Mentor Data Architects and Data Analysts ensuring adherence to best practices in database design and data management
- Partner with the Business and Enterprise Architecture teams to develop the best architectural solutions from a data perspective
- Create a strategic roadmap for implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
