We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 23 years of IT experience with Application support engineer. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background with knowledge in Process knowledge Level 2 Production Support ITIL knowledge RPA tools (AutomationAnywhere Workfusion BluePrism UI Pat etc.) Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow BMC Remedy JIRA etc.) ITRS Autosys Service Now uDeploy Banking Investment Banking and knowledge of Oracle proc function view cursors. The Software Engineer will be responsible for 24x7 support in all 3 shifts weekend/holiday support coordinating between various infra/TI teams or dev partners quick turnaround time for solving any issue quick escalation and handling MIM involving ICM sending user communications debugging and analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
