Introduction:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deploying SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and other planning applications. This role requires excellent analytical communication and problemsolving skills to support the successful implementation and optimization of planning solutions.
Your Job:
Lead the business process design for SAP solutions in supply and demand planning to streamline supply chain operations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales manufacturing and IT to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with business objectives.
Provide expert guidance and support in configuring SAP IBP modules.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP solutions.
Stay updated with the latest SAP advancements and industry trends to continuously enhance the organizations supply chain capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Information Technology or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
Should have relevant 10 years of experience.
Must have proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on deploying SAP IBP and other planning applications.
Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in supply chain planning.
Additional Skill:
Certification in SAP IBP or other relevant planning applications.
Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
