Your mission
You will be the crucial link between our business and engineering teams ensuring technical excellence aligns with strategic goals.
Innovation & Technical Excellence: Push the boundaries of energy technology through continuous innovation and technical leadership setting new standards for performance and sustainability.
Product Requirements & Scalability: Define and manage product requirements ensuring all developments are scalable efficient and aligned with future growth needs.

Technical Leadership & Roadmap Execution: Own and drive the technical roadmap from concept to production ensuring alignment with overall business goals and product vision.
Strategic Alignment & Impact: Align engineering priorities with business strategy to maximize impact ensuring all technical efforts contribute to the companys growth and success.
CrossFunctional Leadership: Lead crossfunctional teams in R&D engineering and manufacturing fostering collaboration and efficiency across departments to deliver exceptional results.
Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the technical vision to stakeholders partners and investors articulating the strategic direction and impact of engineering initiatives.
Your profile
- Proven experience with 5 years in a senior leadership role in a highperformance engineering environment (aerospace energy automotive or similar).
- Strong background in systems engineering thermodynamics and energy conversion.
- Track record of leading complex technical projects from R&D to commercialization.
- Ability to translate business needs into engineering requirements and vice versa.
- Excellent communicator able to engage with shopfloor operators to Csuite executives.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Passion for sustainable energy and disruptive innovation.
- Fluency in English required German highly recommended and advantageous.
