About the Role
The Program Director CBAS plays a critical leadership role in delivering highquality Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) services. Reporting directly to the CEO this role is responsible for the overall development implementation coordination and management of the program with a strong emphasis on participantcentered care regulatory compliance and inspiring servant leadership.
What Youll Do
Program & People Leadership:
Direct all aspects of the CBAS program: nursing therapy social services activities nutrition transportation and billing
Lead a multidisciplinary team with empathy encouragement and a leadbyexample mindset
Supervise staff contractors and volunteers while promoting a culture of support and accountability
Coordinate and approve participant care plans (IPCs) and maintain accurate health records
Compliance & Quality Oversight:
Ensure compliance with state and federal ADHC/CBAS regulations
Maintain census levels and monitor program finances to meet operational goals
Submit timely reports to licensing and regulatory agencies
Manage partnerships with health plans and vendors for credentialing and standards

What You Bring:
Masters degree in rehabilitation social science or related field (required)
LCSW or equivalent licensure (highly desirable)
5 years of leadership experience in senior services or a related setting
Knowledge of CBAS/ADHC regulations and strong budgeting/oversight experience
CPR/First Aid (within 6 months of hire) TB clearance and background check required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to thrive in a fastpaced highimpact environment
