Proposed work schedule; SunWed (4pm2am)
What youll do:
- Escalates issues to Clinical Manager
- Functions as a scheduled Clinical Services team member within department(s)
- Collaborates with other departments regarding patient and client needs
- Prioritizes and organizes workflows for shift
- Directly manages Clinical Services team members while on shift which includes but is not limited to:
- Manages early callins early departures calloffs sharing of resources breaks and lunches for team members
- Assigns team member responsibilities per shift
- Addresses process or employee issues during their shift
- Communicates schedule changes performance concerns and shift issues to the Clinical Manager routinely
- Serves as first level responder to client concerns and drug escalations
- Trains and mentors new team members
- Provides input to Clinical Manager on team member performance evaluations
- Participates in oncall responsibilities
- Participates in management or administrative meeting(s) routinely
- communication skills Prior veterinary experience required previous surgery experience desired
- Proficient in calculations (drugs constant rate infusions unit conversions etc.)
- Flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessary
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
