Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Cryo Shipping and Storage is responsible for developing new leads building a customized approach based on the lead profile communicating with prospective customers understanding their needs and highlighting the value of CSIsupported Cryo shipping and storage services to ensure a smooth sales process. The ISR functions to support incoming sales inquiries and patient requests through the sales process including quotation and consenting transferring completed sale orders to the Customer Service teams for execution. This role will be based in Tucson AZ.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

  • Prospective Client Communication
    • Work within CRM Acumatica D365 etc. to support sales management processing quotation and sales order delivery.
    • Master the Why choose us message of CSIsupported Cryo Shipping and Storage
    • Deliver communication to prospective clients through outbound calls emails SMS and/or chat sessions
    • Remain current on all procedural activities and followups
    • Review recorded calls with the BD manager to identify best practices and areas of opportunity
  • Lead funnel management
    • Management of lead data in CRM software
    • Capture and record relevant lead information in CRM software
    • Understanding of diverse lead profiles to build customized sales approach
    • Identify data patterns and analyze results to maximize work efficiency
    • Benchmark KPIs and targets to achieve monthly goals
    • Provide feedback loop for marketing efforts and support needs to improve conversion.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Software MS Office

  • Relationship Management ability to initiate and grow mutually beneficial relationships
  • Attention to detail Checks information picks up inconsistencies and mistakes

  • Oral & Written Communication Listens responds to prompts summarizes and structures communication logically
  • Clear articulate and grammatically sound speech and professional phone manner.

  • Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience:

  • Inside sales experience within a healthcare environment.
  • Microsoft Office ability with strong Excel skills.

Education:

  • 45 years experience Bachelors degree and one year of sales experience or equivalent relevant work experience required for consideration.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation the starting base pay for this role is between $60000 $65000. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
