Senior Fund Administrator

The Registered Funds team of UMB works with clients to provide accounting tax audit and administrative services for mutual funds and collective trusts.

The Fund Administrator team works both independently and a teamoriented environment to collectively service clients.

As the Senior Fund Administrator you will review the work of a group of Fund Administrators (I II and III). Reviewing responsibilities primarily includes financial statements board materials compliance tests and other functions of Fund Administration

How you will spend your time:

• Coordinate with Lead Administrator and clients external auditor the audit of financial statements and provide timely and accurate documentation necessary to complete the audit
• Respond to client questions and requests
• Perform review of quarterly semiannual and annual financial reports for assigned funds to ensure accuracy and proper disclosure
• Perform review of periodic dividend and capital gain distributions
• Perform final review of requested board material for client board meetings.
• Other Duties as assigned

• You have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or Economics
• You have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of fund administration or related industry experience

• You have a CPA
