Your Role:

Receive comprehensive training to become a certified digital expert

Help entrepreneurs and companies boost their online reputation and visibility

Troubleshoot and resolve more complex customer issues or escalate when needed

May involve suggesting relevant products to current users
What You Bring:

Excellent command of Swedish and strong English communication skills

Customerfocused attitude and problemsolving mindset

Confidence using computers internet applications and MS Office

Familiarity with Google products (Docs Sheets Slides Maps etc.)

Understanding of Chrome OS and Android systems
