What Youll Be Doing If youre passionate about travel and customer service this is your chance to make a real impact. Youll be helping customers quickly find answers offering product consultations and ensuring their issues are resolved with a smile. Your work will make their experience exceptional not just average.
During a Typical Day Youll:
Answer incoming customer communications
Conduct research to resolve customer issues
Be the first point of contact for toptier accommodation partners handling queries like room modifications rates and availability
Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools and processes
Ensure a high level of service and a positive partner experience
What You Bring to the Role:
Fluency in Croatian and English
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months of customer service experience
Strong product or service knowledge and the ability to explain it clearly
Computersavvy
Highspeed internet in a quiet home office (if applicable)
Residence in Greece or ability to relocate and gain work authorization swiftly
