You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCroydon Affordable Housing are looking for a Can Do Property and Tenancy Manager to join our small team. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with Tenants Contractors and other Stakeholders.
Croydon Affordable Housing is a small housing charity which was set up in 2017 by Croydon Council. The charity manages under 1000 properties and reports to an independent charity board.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individualto take a lead role in ensuring that Croydon Affordable Housing fulfils its duty as a landlord.
You will have the skills and experience of Team Management as you will be covering the daytoday management of team consisting of 3 officers. Extensive knowledge of the Housing Legislation Tenancy Management and Property Compliance with the eagerness to learn as there will be training opportunities. The ability to work across departments and sectors is vital as you will be working closely with the following teams: Health and Safety Compliance Allocations Team Voids and Income Suppliers to ensure our properties are compliant with the relevant British standards and the highest level of tenancy sustainment.
This role is not only focused on operational delivery so youll have experience of building strong relationships and winning the confidence of your team and other stakeholders. There will be a strong emphasis on both verbal and written communication skills creative collaboration negotiating and the confidence to present to Senior Teams on cases.
