Customer Service Specialist Czech Relocate to Sofia Bulgaria Excellent Pay Relocation Support Premium Benefits

Location: Onsite in Sofia Bulgaria
Schedule: Rotating shifts (5 days/week 8 hours/day) with 2 days off
Relocation Package: Includes travel reimbursement and full support
Your Role:

Provide friendly professional support through phone chat and email

Assist customers with product information account questions order tracking and troubleshooting

Log all customer interactions accurately in internal systems

Work with your team to ensure a smooth highquality experience

Escalate complex issues and follow them to resolution

Stay updated on new products services and internal processes
What You Bring:
-
Nativelevel Czech (C2) spoken and written
-
English at B2 level or higher for internal training and communication
-
Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus
-
Strong communication and problemsolving skills

Willingness to relocate and grow within an international environment

Organized proactive and a team player
