Customer Care with a Travel Company (German Language)
Office Location Advance Business Center 1 g.k. Mladost 4Mladost ul. Samara 4 1766 Sofia Bulgaria
Salary is EUR 1800 per month gross with bonuses

What your day could look like:
Youll be the goto expert for business travelers preparing for journeys around the globe. From booking flights and hotels to managing train travel and beyond your support will help ensure smooth stressfree trips so travelers can arrive prepared and return home with ease.
What were looking for:

Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills

Active listening skills and a customerfirst mindset

Fluency in German both spoken and written

Proficiency in English

Previous experience in travel airline hospitality or similar industries is a plus

Background in customer service or contact centers is an advantage

Solid computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

Strong organizational decisionmaking and analytical abilities

A positive team player with a cando attitude

High school diploma or equivalent
