Duties & Responsibilities
Key Requirements:
1 years minimum call centre experience handling high call volumes
Customer service experience is essential this is not a sales environment
Experience working in an omni channel environment (voice email chat social etc.) is highly advantageous
Excellent verbal communication and problemsolving skills
Comfortable working rotational 12hour shifts (24hour operation) on a 6 days on / 4 days off schedule
Strong team player with a customercentric approach
