Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville Florida is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner with interest in EhlersDanlos Syndromes (EDS) to join our multidisciplinary team/EDS Clinic in the Division of General Internal Medicine.
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for EDS patients through comprehensive and patientcentered care. The Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner role will be responsible for diagnosing managing and treating patients with EDS and related connective tissue disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience in treating hypermobility chronic pain autonomic dysfunction and other comorbidities commonly associated with EDS. However we are willing to train the right candidate. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including geneticists physical therapists pain management specialists and other healthcare providers to offer holistic multidisciplinary care.
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Mayo Clinic also may perform the following tasks in any authorized setting:

You will have the opportunity to rerecord your answer to each question Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. Nurse Practitioner: Mastersprepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current FL RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP ANP ACNP.
Physician Assistant: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the FL State Board of Medical Practice.
Additional Qualifications:
Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required.
