The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Companys overall Maintenance operations. This includes but is not limited to coordinating & supporting the Account Managers Supervisors and field staff in their daily operations. This individual must possess the skills & diplomacy to work with external clients / service providers as well as internal staff for timely & successful performance. Additionally this position will oversee and support in sending out work orders preparing budgets coordinating the crews / resources purchasing supplies sending monthly property updates to the clients keeping maintenance account info updated in Salesforce Sage and Procore (Company software). This person will basically be responsible for the administrative functions of the Maintenance department.
While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to stand walk and sit for extended periods of time in a standard office work environment. The position also requires the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. unaided.
In addition while performing the duties of this position in the field the position also requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided repeatedly throughout the workday. The employee must be able to work in all outdoor conditions: heat cold humidity dust mud etc
