About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer IV to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role you will lead engineering projects that drive efficiency safety and quality across our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support manufacturing projects from concept through implementation

Design develop and optimize manufacturing processes involving hydraulics pneumatics electrical systems automation and PLCs

Collaborate crossfunctionally with production quality and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction productivity and safety

Utilize project management tools to plan execute and monitor engineering projects

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial or related field)

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Handson experience with hydraulics pneumatics automation systems and PLC programming

Proven ability to lead and manage engineering projects from start to finish

Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills
