Job Description
Perform preventative maintenance on the machinery and building as needed Must know and understand the emergency procedures in the event of equipment failure Repair equipment as needed due to breakdowns Responsible for overseeing maintenance of the facility and all equipment. Must work closely with production to ensure that all product is produced in a timely manner with the highest foodsafety and quality standards Proficient in electrical and mechanical work and troubleshooting Ability to troubleshoot all motor controls such as HMIs and PLCs. Ability to diagnose automation components such as HMI PLCs I/O VFDs Be able to identify communication systems on automation devices. Ability to do basic programming of PLCs Ability to design and implement ideas and innovations to successful projects to increase equipment efficacy safetyand reliability Sanitary welding a plus but not a requirement
