Inviting applications for the role of Consultant Generative AI Developer!
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Generative AI Developer. In this role you will work on cuttingedge AI projects leveraging stateoftheart generative AI models to develop innovative applications. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to solve realworld problems using AI explore new techniques and contribute to the development of AIdriven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and finetuning generative AI models (e.g. GPT DALLE Stable Diffusion) for various use cases such as text generation summarization image creation and more.
2. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess datasets train AI models and evaluate their performance.
3. Work on integrating AI models into applications APIs or web interfaces for seamless user interaction.
4. Research and experiment with new generative AI techniques to improve existing solutions.
5. Debug and optimize AI model performance for scalability and efficiency.
6. Document processes findings and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and reusability.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends tools and techniques in generative AI.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or related fields.
2. Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python; familiarity with AI libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or Hugging Face.
3. Foundational AI Knowledge: Understanding of machine learning deep learning and neural networks.
4. Generative AI Basics: Awareness of models like GPT DALLE BERT or similar and their applications.
5. Data Handling: Basic knowledge of data preprocessing cleaning and transformation.
6. ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a willingness to learn.
7. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and reporting.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
1. Handson experience with pretrained generative models or projects during internships or academics.
2. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) for AI model deployment.
3. Familiarity with APIs web integration or frontend technologies.
4. Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development.
