RPA Developer

We are currently looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer. As a Developer of RPA you will be working with both business stakeholders and IT to deliver a bestinclass automation experience. You will be working in a fastpaced international environment on a modern and welldesigned automation product.

Our RPA teams mission is to help and support process experts in our business functions and operations to build endtoend process automation solutions by the means of RPA and modern development models. In our RPA product offering we leverage emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). In this role youll work crossfunctionally with business operations business analysts and product owners to create and optimize workflow processes. Youll also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects testing and fixing bugs.

Deliverable/Contribution

• Translates business processes and logical design into physical program specifications.
• Design develop test and deploy automation workflows.
• Contribute in work stream meetings share best practices on RPA.
• Act as expert and support process experts in developing automation solutions within their process areas.

Responsibility:

• Provide guidance with process design.

• Design develop and test automation workflows.
• Deploy RPA components including bots robots development tools code repositories and logging tools.
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
• Create and support process and enduser documentation.
• Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).
• Work with Business Analysts Process Leads Product Owners and other crossfunctional resources to define and deliver businessimpacting projects.
• Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
• Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
• Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• A Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a field that provides a strong foundation for the successful performance of the DUTIES in this job description.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in programming (including scripting /coding) SQL and relational databases and application development (Python Java or .Net).
• 3 years of experience working with the development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) such as UiPath and Cloud Solutions.
• Experience with Process Analysis Design and Implementation business and technical requirements and System(s) Testing including UAT and Bug fixes.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Energetic and passionate to learn new things
• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Knowledge in the cloud domain
• Working experience with JIRA and confluence tools
