Customer Service Specialist Croatian Speaker Relocate to Greece
Location: Athens Greece (Hybrid part remote after training)

Your DaytoDay

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Croatian and English

Help users manage bookings resolve issues and navigate the platform

Deliver service with professionalism empathy and accuracy

Escalate technical cases as needed and follow up to ensure resolution

Collaborate with teammates to improve overall customer experience

What You Need

Native or fluent Croatian (C2 level)

Good command of English (intermediate level or higher)

Previous support experience is welcome but full training is provided
