What Youll Do

Handle customer requests via phone email and chat in Croatian and English

Assist users with booking issues account questions cancellations and product guidance

Provide clear friendly and efficient solutions

Escalate unresolved issues and follow up to ensure resolution

Work with a multicultural team focused on delivering outstanding service

What You Bring

Fluent Croatian (C2 level)

Intermediate or higher English proficiency

Customeroriented mindset with strong communication skills

Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems

Experience in customer service is a plus full training is provided
