Customer Support Specialist Croatian Speaker
Location: Athens Greece (Hybrid work model)
Relocation bonus available for candidates moving to Greece
Starting May 2025

Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone email and chat in Croatian and English

Assist users with bookings payments cancellations and general inquiries

Deliver accurate information and effective solutions with professionalism and empathy

Escalate complex or technical issues to appropriate internal teams

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring customer concerns

Requirements

Fluent in Croatian (native or C2 level)

Fluent in English (fluent level)

Strong communication and problemsolving skills

Comfortable using digital tools and working in a fastpaced environment

Customer service experience is a plus but not required full training is provided
