Job Description

Product Support Specialist
26000 per annum rising to 27000 per annum


Rugeley Fulltime Permanent

Working Hours:Monday to Friday 9am 5pm (fully officebased)

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Support: Deliver expert advice guidance and solutions for repairs and replacement parts making every customer interaction a positive experience.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with care turning challenges into opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • System Management: Use Zendesk for efficient data entry and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Logistics Coordination: Organise courier shipments and manage consignments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
  • Communication: Engage with customers across multiple channels including email phone and social media representing the companys values and standards.

What You Bring to the Role
  • Experience: At least 12 months in Product Support or Customer Service.
  • Education: GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) required; ALevels preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills and Competencies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Proactive in completing tasks and problemsolving.
  • Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
