Two of the most exciting Hotels in Birmingham are looking for an experienced Cluster Sales Executive to drive the sales strategy in the city.
Individually these Hotels are a mouthwatering opportunity for a driven target focused Sales Executive but together they bring amazing opportunities to sell two fabulous hotels to the Birminghammarket and beyond.
You will be part of a small proactive sales team with a focus on corporate and group rooms meetings and will manage and lead the inquiryprocess ensure the training and communication within the department and across the Cluster Hotels is implemented with maximum efficiency and develop strong relationships with guests within the hotels.
Working with the Regional Director of Sales you will produce and maintain the Sales and Marketing plans for the Cluster Hotels.
You will need to be analytical with a strong negotiation organisational and communication skills. You will have a proven background within a hotel sales environment and ideally know the Birminghammarket.
You will be a proactive individual who is looking for a new challenge and someone understands that this job isnt working in an office 95.
