This is a rare opportunity to join this leading independent Estate Agency and Lettings brand who have built up an extremely impressive reputation over many years and have several offices in the area. They are currently looking for an experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager who will need a high level of experience within Estate Agency and a proven track record in winning new business and running a successful sales team.
You will be managing the day to day running of the branch carrying out valuations and generating new businessin order to drive this branch forward. You will be a real gogetter with a positive attitude with a proven record in winning business on valuations. You should be local to the area and have knowledge of the property market in the Coventry area.
