About the role
We are seeking for a Senior Copywriter who is an idea generator with worldclass work to their name and with not only a wealth of ideas in their arsenal but great writing skills to match. You will be exposed to all formats engaging headlines for OOH wellcrafted scripts for TVC and radio and everything inbetween.

Key responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled creative copywriter to join our small and ambitious will work closely with the Creative Directors to shape Splashs creative vision deliver daytoday projects and manage national and global campaigns.
- Demonstrate conceptual thinking brand storytelling and campaign development
- Prior experience and wellrounded skills in conceptual thinking attention to craft and the ability to create case studies from insight to results
- Lead the strategic and creative development of ideas from inception to delivery across various campaigns including earned media ideas instore activations social media radio and new product development
- Engage in briefs big and small exciting and less exciting with a level structure where everyone helps as needed
- General understanding of the wine world is a plus but not necessary
About you
Your proactive nature will see you build on existing processes and partnerships to help elevate our inhouse agency to new levels of excellence.
- 5 years of experience in a creative agency or related environment
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing/Communications/Advertising preferred
- Your background as a Creative Copywriter with broad conceptual campaign experience will see you succeed in this position (Note: Were not looking for SEO editorial or wine specific writers)
- Be knowledgeable with the latest campaigns cultural trends and implementation of AI and abreast with technological developments
- You will have strong ability to generate ideas with communication skills across varied audiences ranging from refined serious wine drinkers to young social sippers (able to deliver a range of styles emotive serious fun and funny)
- You will be a charismatic writer who understands the audience and knows how to make them stop and listen
- Be a great collaborator communicator & presenter with this ability to manage time and prioritize
- Be a natural with crafting ideas into decks present to stakeholders and run jobs independently
