Job Description

11th Hour Staffing Inc. is a familyownedandoperated business that is passionate about recruiting customer service and our community. We are positioned to be your onestop staffing resource for all your hiring & employment needs from entrylevel to executive spanning across all industries.
Responsibilities:
Monitor control and perform the product inspection process analyze inspection data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
Responsible for investigating and identifying the causes of nonconforming semifinished and finished goods.
Ensure daily quality control lab equipment is in good condition.
Create and maintain SOP for testing process/requirements.
Oversee the procurement maintenance and technical service coordination of inspection equipment.
Communicate effectively across all departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering is required.
2 years of experience in quality engineering. *must hold 2 years of experience in quality inspections & quality systems*
Proven experience with various inspection equipment.
Strong statistical and analytical skills are required such as CMK CPK and PPK.
Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO or IATF 16949.
Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
Strong interpersonal leadership and problemsolving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
