- Title: Sales Assistant
- Location: Valley of the Temples Kaneohe HI (Honolulu County)
- FullTime Administrative Support
- More than an administrative role its an opportunity to support a compassionate highperforming sales team that helps families celebrate life with dignity and care.

- Manage CRM data enter leads and generate reports
- Prepare materials like brochures business cards and training packets
- Draft correspondence and update monthly sales hierarchies
- Organize call nights events luncheons and meetings
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients vendors and the public
- 2 years of administrative or sales support experience (funeral profession a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive professional and teamoriented mindset
