A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
We are seeking an energetic and selfmotivated Strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at Duda. This position will be pivotal in filling the top funnel with highvalue prospective customers through identification engagement and thoughtprovoking conversation about how Duda can help solve their most critical business challenges.
You will have the opportunity to impact the bottom line by generating revenue by identifying new customer opportunities. Your primary responsibilities include collaboration with the sales managers and account executives market research to identify new potential customers and qualification of these opportunities through independent prospecting and relationship development.
This position reports to the Team Manager for our Business Development team. This role and your manager are located in our Louisville CO office.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package including base salary variable compensation performance bonuses and equity. We ensure equal pay for equal work and value diversity and inclusion. While compensation offers will ultimately be based on the candidates skills and experiences the minimum of what you can expect for this position is $70000 OTE. The actual offer will vary depending on the candidates skills and competencies.

However we also recognize and appreciate the freedom flexibility and focused work that comes with remote flexibility. This is why a hybrid schedule is a perfect balance of both. Our Louisville office has a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office two days remote).
