Description of the role:
The Personal Care Assistant at University Home Care will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to individuals who need assistance with daily activities in Wayne MI.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Follow care plans and report any changes in the clients condition
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and care plans
- Good communication skills
