This position is responsible for the inspection and testingwork done in regulating all commercial transactions involving weighing ormeasuring. Regulates all devices used commercially to determine weightmeasurement or count. It is also responsible for enforcing the DelawarePackaging and Labeling Regulations under the supervision of the Weights andMeasures Administrator and/or applicant must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds learn to usethe Weights and Measures inspection related computer software safely andefficiently operate various pieces of equipment and acquire a valid Class BCDL license with air brake endorsement within one year of employment.
