Position Overview
We are looking for a Maintenance & Support Engineer L2 to join our team of 30 specialists responsible for the support of key international retailers worldwide. In this role you will troubleshoot and resolve software related issues within agreed timeframes. As this role is within a software organization it is a great starting point for an IT focused career.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and resolving software and database related issues within agreed timeframes and in line with internal Maintenance & Support processes
- Resolving incidents through system application logs and other available data analysis
- Ensuring properperformance of IT supported systems
- Standard and ad hoc reporting
- Cooperation with the technical field team
Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in IT support role
- Ability to communicate in English at least B1/B2
- Fluent communication in Polish language
- Knowledge of SQL commands
- Deep understanding of Linux and Windows 10/11 Windows Server operating systems
- Overview of network concepts (TCP/IP)
- Willingness to work in shift rotation
Nice to have
- Experience in Second Line IT support
- Working in ITIL framework experience
- Jira service desk knowledge
- Knowledge of Redis / UYUNI / Ansible / Salt Stack
- Fluent communication in Spanish language (at least B1 level)
