The Role
Be the technical expert for Finance activities supporting the business to achieve the internal and external goals that align with the group strategy and ensure financial compliance.
Key Skills & Experience
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Accountable for financial compliance within the company
- Providing the Board and SLT a depth of understand narrative and a strategic view of financial reports
- Responsible for timely accurate financial reporting
- Management of the external audit process
- Attend management meetings and provide reporting on OKRs of department and projects.
- Provide feedback to directors to ensure informed decisions can always be made.
- Developing and growing the finance team providing guidance training and mentorship to the team fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure the teams effectiveness and professional growth.
Personal Profile
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Experience in a similar role 7 years experience in a senior finance role.
- Experienced in managing external audit processes.
- IFRS accounting standard exposure.
- Experienced with Finance reporting systems.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel & Word and summarising information in report format
- Experience managing an ERP system.
