About the role
The Analytical Chemist is responsible for performing chemical analyses and providing scientific support to ensure the quality and consistency of products. This role involves using advanced analytical techniques and instrumentation to analyze samples interpret data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The Analytical Chemist will work closely with the Senior Wine Scientist to develop and implement methodological improvements in wine chemistry measurement selection and commissioning of new equipment and advanced analytical training across the TWE lab network. Their time will be split between running routine advanced analysis and developing new techniques for accurate wine measurement.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $80000 to $85000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous jobrelated factors including but not limited to candidate qualifications skills experience education location and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our St Helena location. If the incumbent works out of another location the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
